Shermie's first foal is due in 2007 out of Te Aura Seeker.

I am training Shermie and will show him in 2007.

Shermie's daddy Mega Chip is owned by Duane and Marlene Putnam. His dam, SD Ritzy Miss, is a product of the Putnam's fine Quarter Horse breeding program that goes back for decades. SD Ritzy Miss was ridden and shown in Open AQHA Western Pleasure classes by Doug Putnam and shown in Youth by Putnam's grandson Sam and granddaughter Savanna. SD Ritzy Miss' first foal, by Certified Zippo, earned $1500 in the NSBA.

Mega Chip is a young sire whose oldest get were only 3 years old in 2006, but 3 of them have earned points. All three are related to Shermie by having the same sire and also by having common ancestors on the dams' sides.

He was the sire of 273 registered foals from 26 crops with 38 foals being shown in AQHA competition. These foals earned a total of 127 open halter points, and 261 open performance points with 7 open register of merits, 1 superior performance award and 1 AQHA champion. In the amateur division they earned a total of 50.5 performance points with 1 amateur register of merit.
